The Every Nation School of Ministry, Europe (ENSM) exists to equip leaders for effective ministry in Europe. Using a multi-platform approach including residential weeks, distance studying, local church ministry and expert/mentor input, we will offer a core curriculum with specialised ministry tracks.
What
We offer two programmes at the ENSM: a Certificate Programme open to anyone with their senior pastor’s approval and actively serving in their local church, and an Audit Programme for those who are already in full-time ministry and who have been through one of our pastor/church-planter boot camps. Here are the highlights of the programmes:
Certificate Programme
A comprehensive programme for equipping both vocational and lay ministers of the gospel.
- 18 Months
- 2 Residential weeks

- Track learning facilitated by ministry experts

Audit Programme
The Audit Programme is available for current senior pastors, ordained ministers and full-time ministers who have completed an EN Europe Pastors Boot Camp or Every Nation ministry school. This programme includes the core curriculum by distance learning only.

Core Curriculum
The Core Curriculum is Leadership 215, the Every Nation global theological standard for ordained ministry. It includes an introduction course on the Every Nation Mission, Values, and Culture and 12 core modules including:
- Old Testament Survey
- New Testament Survey
- Systematic Theology
- Church History
- Survey of World Religions
- Apologetics
- Hermeneutics
- Homiletics
- Leadership
- Spirit-Empowered Ministry
